Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed before 12 PM EST, it may ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing Time for Custom Orders: If you’ve ordered custom shears or personalized products, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
Tracking Your Order

Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight shipments. Please use a physical address for faster delivery.
