Warranty Coverage

We offer a 3 years limited warranty on all barber shears and thinners purchased from our store. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in Materials or Workmanship: If your shears or thinners show signs of faulty manufacturing or defects in materials under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace or repair them free of charge.
  • Functional Performance: If the cutting edge or mechanism fails to function as expected due to manufacturing defects, we will address the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage from Improper Use: Misuse, dropping, or using the shears or thinners for non-intended purposes (e.g., cutting hair other than human hair).
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, your tools will naturally experience wear and tear, especially the cutting edges. This includes dulling of the blades or corrosion due to exposure to moisture and air.
  • Improper Maintenance: Failure to maintain your shears and thinners, including improper cleaning, lubrication, or sharpening, will void the warranty.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or marks on the surface caused by external impact or handling.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your shears or thinners are defective or are experiencing issues under warranty, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: To help us validate your claim, please include a copy of your order receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Return the Product: If instructed, you may need to send the defective product back to us. We will cover the shipping costs for returns related to warranty claims. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Replacement or Repair

Once we receive your returned shears or thinners, we will assess the issue and:

  • Repair: If possible, we will repair the product at no charge to you.
  • Replace: If the shears or thinners are deemed defective and beyond repair, we will send you a replacement of equal value or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Exclusions

  • Products purchased through third-party vendors or unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
